Territory

The territorial holdings of the Empire of Stomaria takes the form of freehold land that the governing bodies of Stomaria and the member states of the Empire have authority over with the Emperor of Stomaria determining whether or not to designate land as territory of the Empire.


These territorial holdings are divided into provinces, each of which is maintained and organised by an appointed governor. Member states may, with the approval of the Emperor of Stomaria, appoint their own governors to those provinces that they have authority over.
